Please click here to begin your return process. Return Order Requests must be received within 21 days of your order delivery date. Full-priced items may be returned for a refund to your original method of payment. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place.
Full priced items purchased with a promotional code discount of 30% or greater applied may be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Once you initiate the return process, our customer service team will approve and you will receive an email notification with your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
Once your returned item(s) arrive in our warehouse and are checked in, we will refund your order to your original method of payment. You will receive an email notification of the refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your original payment method.
We gladly offer FREE exchanges for full-price items within 21 days of your order fulfillment date! If you would like to exchange your order, please click HERE to begin the process. Please have your order number and your email address or shipping zip code ready.
We recommend returning within 14 days of exchange authorization to guarantee your new item will be processed and shipped by our warehouse.
Return labels for exchanges will be voided and cancelled if not dropped off within 14 days.
When making an exchange, the replacement product(s) will be sent when the return package is in transit on its way back to us. You’ll receive an email with new tracking information when the new items you ordered are on their way.
Exchanges must be returned within 30 days of your original delivery.
Orders placed by 2pm EST shipping 2nd Day or Overnight will be processed the same business day. For orders placed by 2pm EST shipping standard delivery, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. If an order is placed after 2pm EST, it will be processed the next business day. All US domestic orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

MarieOliver.com currently processes domestic orders for the United States (US) only. For orders outside of the United States, please contact Marie Oliver customer service to inquire about special orders at email@example.com. Please note that 2-day and overnight shipping is not available for these orders at this time. Orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Customers will be responsible for all duties, taxes and return shipping for orders fulfilled outside of the United States.
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure that your P.O. Box information is correct for shipping.

Yes, gift cards are available for purchase. Marie Oliver gift cards are delivered to your email inbox, with instructions on how to redeem at checkout. Gift cards have no additional processing fees - just select from the available amounts.
