PROMO CODES
I have a promo code. How do I use it?
When placing an order, click "check out" in your shopping cart. A field for promo codes will appear. Simply enter your promo code to redeem the promotion.
Please note that only one promo code may be used per order. If you are having trouble redeeming a promo code, please email info@marieoliver.com.

Unless stated otherwise for a special event, our promo codes apply to full-price items only.
SHIPPING & ORDER STATUS
When will my order ship?
All US domestic orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed by 2pm EST shipping 2-Day or Overnight will be processed the same business day. For orders placed by 2pm EST shipping Standard delivery, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. If an order is placed after 2pm EST, it will be processed the next business day.

How do I track my order?
Tracking information is provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive this email, please contact us for assistance. We also strongly suggest creating a Marie Oliver account on our website to track your order(s) from Marie Oliver.
I need to change/cancel my order, what do I do?
We understand mistakes happen. Marie Oliver can change or alter your order if you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Please email us at info@marieoliver.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
Do I have to create an account to place my order?
You do not have to create an account to place your order. However, we strongly recommend creating an account on our website so that you may easily access your order history if needed. Click here to get started.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders placed by 2pm EST shipping 2-Day or Overnight will be processed the same business day. For orders placed by 2pm EST shipping standard delivery, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. If an order is placed after 2pm EST, it will be processed the next business day. All US domestic orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

When will my order ship?
marieoliver.com currently processes domestic orders for the United States only. For orders outside of the United States, please contact Marie Oliver Customer Service to inquire about special orders at info@marieoliver.com. Please note that 2-Day and Overnight shipping is not available for these orders at this time. International orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Customers will be responsible for all duties, taxes and return shipping for orders fulfilled outside of the United States.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do I return my order?
Please click here to begin your return process. Return Order Requests must be received within 21 days (3 weeks) from your order fulfillment. Full-priced items may be returned for a refund to your original method of payment. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition: unwashed, unworn, with tags in place. If you have shopped full-price items using a discount code greater than 30% at checkout, those items may be exchanged or returned for marieoliver.com store credit only.All items marked SALE or ARCHIVE on our website are considered to be final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. I returned my order, when will I receive my refund?
Once you initiate the return process, our customer service team will approve and you will receive an email notification with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your items.
Once your returned items arrive in our warehouse and are checked in, we will refund your order to your original method of payment. You will receive an email notification of the refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your original payment method.
Can I exchange my order?
We gladly offer exchanges for full-price items within 21 days (3 weeks) of your order fulfillment date! If you would like to exchange your order, please click here to begin the process. If you did not opt-in to a prepaid Offset Return Label, please note your exchange will incur an $11 handling fee. Please have your order number, and your email address or shipping zip code ready.
We recommend returning within 14 days of exchange authorization to guarantee your new item will be processed and shipped by our warehouse.
Return labels for exchanges will be voided and cancelled if not dropped off within 14 days.
When making an exchange, the replacement product(s) will be sent when the return package is in transit on its way back to us. You’ll receive an email with new tracking information when the new items you ordered are on their way.
Exchanges must be returned within 30 days of your original delivery.

What does it mean if an item is marked Final Sale or Archive?
All items that are marked FINAL SALE or ARCHIVE have been discounted and cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchanged for a different size, color or style. We understand purchasing Final Sale or Archive items can be difficult, so please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions.
Do you offer price adjustments?
Marie Oliver will gladly offer a one-time price adjustment on items purchased only at full price within 14 days of your purchase. Items previously purchased at a reduced price or promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustment(s). Promotions or discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotional discount was activated.

What sizes are your models wearing?
Our models wear a fit sample size XS and 2 in all styles. Our Extended Size models wear a size L and 14.
What fabrics do you use?
Fabrics vary by item design. Please refer the product detail information on individual product pages.
How do I care for my items?
Every item has its own care instructions. When shopping, please refer to the individual product pages for care instructions. If you've already received your items, refer to the attached garment tags.

What if I forget my password?
If you forget your account password, click the “Forgot your password?” link on the account page. You will be prompted to type in your email address for your account. Instructions to reset your password for your account on our website will be emailed to you.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, e-gift cards are available for purchase. Marie Oliver gift cards are delivered to your email inbox, with instructions on how to redeem at checkout. Gift cards have no additional processing fees. Simply select from the available amounts.
