MARIE OLIVER SHIPPING POLICY:

MarieOliver.com will provide a tracking number once your order has shipped to help you anticipate the appropriate delivery date. When placing your order please be aware that the courier does not guarantee a specific time of day for expedited delivery services nor does expedited delivery include weekends. Please note that Marie Oliver cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility. When placing an order during promotional periods or on a holiday please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.

MarieOliver.com currently processes domestic orders for the United States (US) only.  For orders outside of the United States, please contact Marie Oliver customer service to inquire about special orders at info@marieoliver.com. Customers will be responsible for all duties, taxes and return shipping for orders fulfilled outside of the United States.

Orders placed by 2pm EST shipping 2nd Day or Overnight will be processed the same business day. For orders placed by 2pm EST shipping standard delivery, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. If an order is placed after 2pm EST, it will be processed the next business day. All US domestic orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

MARIE OLIVER RETURN POLICY:

MarieOliver.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please familiarize yourself with the details of our Return Policy below.

  • For all domestic US orders, MarieOliver.com will accept returns of full price merchandise within 14 days of the date on which ordered items are delivered to you.
  • Full priced items purchased with a promotional code of 30% or greater applied may be returned for STORE CREDIT only.
  • ALL ITEMS MARKED AS "SALE" ON OUR WEBSITE ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

How to Request A Return:

For eligible domestic orders, to request a return, please use the ‘Contact Us’ form on www.marieoliver.com to contact our customer service team and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Please note all return requests must be received within 14 days from your order delivery date. When requesting your RMA number, please include the following information:

  1. Original order number
  2. Items to be returned
  3. Desired return type (size exchange, store credit, or refund to original method of payment)
  4. Reason for return (we appreciate your feedback to improve in the future ☺)

Should you wish to return your item(s) for a refund to your original payment method, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of your refund. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Your RMA number will be sent to you via email once your return request has been received and authorized. Please note that requests received Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST will be granted the same business day. Return requests received outside these hours, on holidays, or on a weekend will be approved the next business day. Once you receive your RMA authorization email, please proceed with sending in your return. Your issued RMA number is valid for 14 days.  If your return is not received by our warehouse within 14 days, your return order may be eligible for store credit only.

To return your item(s), you may use the shipping carrier of your choice OR contact us by email or phone for a return label. We recommend using a courier that will provide tracking details. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If requesting a return label from Marie Oliver, the return label will be emailed to you within the next business day. Please note that a fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund for use of this label.

Write your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the return portion of your invoice that was included with your original order and include this with your shipment. Use the return label provided to you by booking a pick-up with UPS or by dropping off at any UPS store or drop off location.
Returns must be received by Marie Oliver in their original condition, not having been worn, or altered, and with all original tags, belts, designer packaging, and other items which may have accompanied your purchase still attached.
Merchandise items that are returned to Marie Oliver damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted.

*Please note, all merchandise marked "SALE" as well as Digital Gift Cards are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned.*

Additional Information:
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless item is damaged or Marie Oliver has made a shipping error. Items are classified as "faulty" if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

In the event MarieOliver.com has processed your order incorrectly or your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at via theContact Us form, so we may assist with an exchange.

Products purchased for commercial services (i.e. print/tv/film/visual productions) may not be returned. Requests for samples of this nature should be directed to the PR department. Please note availability of samples is not guaranteed.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Any full-priced item purchased between December 1 and December 31 will have a 30 day window to request a return. Please follow return procedure listed above to request your return.
